his is in its original wonderful condition Dark Blue coachwork, with a near unmarked Light Grey Leather interior, fitted with the burl wood dash & door cappings.
It is a UK supplied car by Follett Jaguar of London, on the 16th January 1990, for the use of a director at Saarchi & Saarchi, one of the major Advertising Agencies, based in London W1.
She was then 1n 1993 sold to her second owner who had her till 2011, before she change ownership again but only for six months till 2012, when she left the UK to go into a private collection in Rome, Italy, where she resides at the present time.
She has all her Manuals & Fully Stamped Service books with her, to show the mileage covered to date is 66.185 miles, this is also further confirmed by her MOT history and a current HPI report.
Since leaving UK in 2012, when her mileage was only just near 61.000 miles, she has covered in the last 5 years 5,000 miles, of which 1,100 miles would have been covered on her journey to her new home in the collection in Rome.
The balance of the mileage of 3,900 miles over that time, has been incurred by its collector owner enjoying taking her, to show at Classic Car shows and events covering around only 500 miles a year.
We ourselves have recently had the pleasure of driving her back the 1,000 miles to UK, on which she performed excellantly and now having coverered just over 67,000 miles since new.
Since her coming back to UK she has a current MOT and returned onto her original registration number plates.

After having driven the SM some 2000 km and more. I am well satisfied with the car. I think your description of the car on the net was correct. I am also happy with the way the business was conducted and concluded. We entered the Monte Carlo Historique Rally with the SM earlier this year and the SM performed well but we did not! In 2006 I bought this 1972 Lancia 2000 Saloon from Classics and Cabriolets. They were very patient with my rather cautious approach and when I did fly down to see the car I was collected from Luton Airport and driven in the car to see their base and returned again to Luton that same day.
